Cool Chemistry 2009 Registration

We look forward to seeing you for Cool Chem 2010!

This year, registration will be done via mail. Please download the forms below, fill out the information, and send in your registration packet and including the registration fee. You will not be considered officially registered for the event until the forms are received. We will send you a confirmation email once these are received. Thank you.

We ask that group registrations be limited to 5 students or less. If you are a part of a larger group, please see the information under Frequently Asked Questions for other considerations.

All paperwork must be received by April 8. Should all available spots be filled, we will maintain a waiting list. Registration will not be available on-site. Please submit the following information soon to ensure yourself, or your participant, a spot.

If you would like to request a scholarship, please indicate that on the registration form.
