For faculty and students (not staff) to gain access to the above ITICC/MSDNAA software, several conditions must be met. Everyone who is taking a course in the College of Science and Engineering at the U of MN pays a fee that provides funding for the IT public labs and the departmental computing labs. After you have paid the fee, or bypassed it with a waiver, you can create an IT Labs account. After you've created/activated your IT Labs account, you must register it with the E-Academy system. You will then be able to access the MSDNAA software through the ELMS E-Academy website (which also has a helpful FAQ web page).

This system was created by the folks at IT Labs. You can email them directly with your questions should these WWW links prove insufficient: operator@cselabs.umn.edu)
