Bruker BioTOF II

The Bruker BioTOF II is a reflectron ESI-TOF instrument capable of 20,000 resolving power (FWHM) in its multipass mode of operation.

The instrument has ESI and APCI capabilities. Samples can be introduced by syringe pump or LC inlets. The instrument has attached to it an Agilent 1100 Liquid Chromatograph.

The instrument is used primarily for accurate mass measurements in all of it modes of operation. Mass Range: 2000 Da (Max. 16,000 Da)
