Come and help us toast Wayland's 80th year as we journey up the Mississippi River viewing the spectacular fall colors, which should be peaking at that time, and have a buffet lunch on board the Anson Northrup paddleboat. We will provide bus rides from the Chemistry Department to Harriet Island in St. Paul or if you prefer to drive, there is free parking at the boat launch. (http://www.riverrides.com/pages/maps.html)

Boarding at 1:00 pm, sailing from 1:30-4:30 pm
Cost for boat/lunch is $ 10 - limited to 225 people
