• Joint Summer Undergraduate Research Poster Session with other undergraduate research programs in the Institute of Technology
• Farewell Program Dinner
• Tour of Ecolab
• ACS Event "Chemistry in the Library"
• Every Tuesday from 12:00 to 1:00 PM there will be a lunch gathering in room Smith 117/119, where a few selected faculty members will present their group's research and, in the latter half of the program, Lando fellows show off in a casual environment what they are working on.

Reimbursement Instructions:

Fill out the form with the following information:

1. Date of PVA in the PV Date (mmddyy) box found in the upper right hand corner.

2. Name, address, SS# of payee in box found in upper left hand corner.

3. Go to box that says Additional Description:

A. To reimburse mileage, write out the number of miles traveled, the destination, and then multiply the miles traveled by $0.36 and write that number in the space provided after Rate $.36/mile:
B. Description and amount of any other expenses under Other Expenses.

4. Total reimbursement should be entered in the PVA Total box found in the upper right corner.
The payee signs/dates the Certification Statement at the X.

DO NOT sign as the Authorized Signer

5. Return this form and all receipts to:
