Welcome to the Carr Group home page. Our group is intested in the development of novel zirconia (ZrO2) based phases and hyper-crosslinked silica-based phases, including reversed, normal, and chiral phases, for use in analytical HPLC. Ultra-Fast High Temperature Liquid Chromatography (UFHTLC) using the thermally stable zirconia or silica support is applied in the second dimension of 2D LC to enhance the peak capacity of HPLC.
