Total Hours 40/week 

Essential Qualifications:

Business training, university level education, and/or bookkeeping experience totaling two (2) years. Computer proficiency skills including Excel and MSWord.


Preferred qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to work independently. Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent customer service and interpersonal skills and experience with electronic A/P processing. To be successful the candidate will work well in a team environment and adapt to change with a positive attitude. Problem solving skills.

Duties/Responsibilities:

75% Accounts payable requisition and receipt of goods entry. Organize and manage requisition process for a large department. Communicate with faculty, staff, and vendors to resolve problems that arise. Communicate with college cluster to facilitate payment processing.

10% Budget reconciliation.

15% Special tasks and reporting as assigned.
