Abstract Format and Requirements
Abstracts are submitted in pdf format during the
web based meeting
registration.
The deadline
for abstract submission is Friday
April 18th, 2008.
For
consistency in the abstract book, follow the format described below.
Abstract
Format:
- All text,
figures, and references must fit on a single 8.5"x11.0" page
- All margins 1.0"
- Title centered, 12 pt Times New
Roman font, boldface
- Presenter's name centered, 12 pt
Times New Roman font, in italics
- Body of the abstract, 12
pt Times New Roman font, fully justified, single spaced
- Indent all paragraphs
- All figures must be imbedded into the
abstract file
- The submitted file must be in PDF format
